Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe – Transfer to Kibale Forest

Arrive at Entebbe International Airport and meet your driver-guide. Drive to Kibale Forest National Park, enjoying scenic landscapes along the way. Check into your lodge and relax for the evening.

Day 2: Chimpanzee Trekking – Bigodi Wetland Walk

After breakfast, proceed to the park headquarters for a briefing before trekking in search of chimpanzees. Observe these fascinating primates and other wildlife in their natural habitat. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided walk through Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary to see birds, monkeys, and local flora.

Day 3: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park, passing through scenic landscapes and crater lakes. Check into your lodge and prepare for the next day’s safari activities.

Day 4: Morning Game Drive – Afternoon Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise

Start the day with a morning game drive in the Kasenyi plains, spotting elephants, buffaloes, lions, and antelopes. In the afternoon, enjoy a Kazinga Channel boat cruise, famous for its hippos, crocodiles, and birdlife.

Day 5: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

Drive through the Ishasha sector, known for tree-climbing lions, before continuing to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. Check into your lodge and prepare for gorilla trekking the next day.

Day 6: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi – Return to Entebbe

After breakfast, head to Bwindi park headquarters for a briefing. Trek through the rainforest in search of a habituated gorilla family and spend an hour observing these gentle giants. After the trek, drive back to Entebbe for departure.
