This 7-day adventure combines Uganda’s most iconic destinations. Enjoy wildlife safaris in Murchison Falls National Park, chimpanzee trekking in Kibale Forest, and the unforgettable gorilla trekking experience in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.
Arrive at Entebbe International Airport and meet your driver-guide. Begin your journey to Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda’s largest and oldest park. Check into your lodge and relax.
Start with an early morning game drive to spot elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, lions, and other wildlife. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat cruise along the Nile River to the base of Murchison Falls, observing hippos, crocodiles, and birdlife. Optional hike to the top of the falls for breathtaking views.
After breakfast, drive to Kibale Forest National Park, passing through scenic countryside, rolling hills, and crater lakes. Check into your lodge upon arrival.
Trek in Kibale Forest to observe chimpanzees and other primates. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided walk through Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, known for its birdlife and community projects.
Drive from Kibale to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, passing through Uganda’s scenic landscapes. Check into your lodge and prepare for gorilla trekking the following day.
After breakfast, head to Bwindi park headquarters for a briefing. Trek through the dense rainforest in search of a habituated gorilla family. Spend one hour observing these incredible primates before returning to your lodge.
After breakfast, drive back to Entebbe. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have time for craft shopping or short sightseeing before being dropped at the airport for your departure.
